Re: Harmonica Heaven and the SPAH Convention
Dear Chris et.al.:
I will be in attendance at the convention. As not too many people
know, the Heritage Harmonica Boys will be providing my room, board,
convention package, and transportation to Memphis. I would love to
have a beer with anyone who is discrete so to respect the people
whom I will be with.
S.P.A.H. is paying the expenses of Jerry Murad, et.al., but not
the Harmonicats. So, Al Data (chord) and myself (bass) will not
be performing with Jerry on stage at this year's convention.
I have acquired a rare item--a Herb Shriner Harmonica Kit. The
kit includes a harmonica, 2 records, instruction book, harmonica
belt holster, and is neatly arranged in a box about the size of
a large jig-saw puzzle. All items have the Herb Shriner logo
and are in excellent condition. I will have the kit for sale
at the convention.
See you in Memphis!
George
