Lee Oscar melody maker

What is the Lee Oscar melody maker? Does it have a special lay-out? I recently
found a shop that is selling them, but I don't know whether they're interesting
to have for me. 
What about the natural minor and the harmonic minor (I keep forgetting which one
is a mode of the ordinary diatonic scale and which one has accidentals)? I would
like to have one with the "non-diatonic" scale.
