I heard an NPR show a couple of years ago with Corky Siegal doing an off
the wall blues thing with a symphony orchestra. I don't remember the
details but the piece was written specifically for Siegal and the
orchestra. Twas very interesting.

I haven't seen his band but his former guitar player, Jim Schwall runs an
open mic nite in Davenport, Iowa and I've played there a couple of times.
Once with him.
