I couldn't agree more with Jack and those who emphasize buying
Kim's book at your local bookstore. Kevin and Farrell know the
harmonica market exists, and are doing a great job at serving it,
but a book like this needs to make its way in the wide world.

The more non-harmonica-specific publishers and retailers see that
harmonica-realted stuff sells, the more willing they will be to
publish and stock it.

So, buy local and enrich the soil.
