Chris makes a good case for keeping this as a mailing list.  In some
cases I have preferred a newsgroup because I could check the list of
subject lines and delete those submissions that I wasn't interested in.
In the case of HARP-L I truly want to read ALL of the notes, although the
misdirected "unsubscribes" don't intereste me, but those are few and far
between.  I say keep it like it is Chris.  Its working.  Don't "fix" it.
