i.e., tuned like a blues harp in the first three and last three holes. See

The KOCH chromatic harmonica is tuned just like the diatonic, thus you
get a bit of the bluesy sound, at least you can play cross harp and get
the "G" chord etc. - but not the power or sound. It is available in C and
G, I don't know about other keys. Oh, BTW, it is sold by Hohner. If you
hold the button in you have a C# (Db) harp.
I personally don't recommend this harp for those just learning to play
chromatic - it can really screw you up (I had a student show up with one
in my chromatic class once and it took an hour to figure out why he
couldn't get the C scale starting on hole #1). It is well constructed and
durable but lacking in power mainly because they didn't bother to put
valves (windsavers) on it - a must for chromatic harps. Addition of valves
would make it a decent instrument. What do you do with it? Well you can
play it like a blues harp (cross harp) - it bends O.K. and by using the
slide you can get notes you would normally have to master overblowing to
get. I have one in G and will probably never use it much until I get
around to putting valves on it.
