If I remember right the PP's cover plates are screwed on. If it's the
blow reed that's bad, take off the top plate and look at th reed.
Chances are you'll see some kind of junk in there, which you can
gently remove. If not, flex the reed GENTLY and try blowing it with
the cover off to see if it works any better. There's more you can do
after that but with a Pocket Pal it might be easier just to get a new
one. OTOH, that's the best way to learn how to unstick reeds, you can
mess around with that one and the worst you'll have is a $5 harp
that's still broken.
