I finally got an email explanation about poor communication from EH/New
Sensor. (EH Mel9 Melotron simulator)

Seems they pride themselves on being "old school" in the analog tradition
of founder Mike Matthews. [nearly verbatim.]
They purport to save the consumer money by NOT having any extra email
between us and them (like confirming arrival, or announcing return of a
product in transit.) Although they acknowledge that many companies DO this.

I say P-Shaw! It's a limp excuse.
At the same time, I respect the right of any business to operate as they
choose.
Now you know upfront what to expect.

Regarding the CONTACT US page that won't SEND after you fill it in, they
finally committed to pass it on to web development.
