[Harp-L] Suzuki Chromatix fine tuning

I have a 3 year old lightly-played Suzuki Chromatix 12 hole + 2 (14 holes).
Smooth, comfortable, and sounds great.

Walking thru every reed with a tuner, I see some variations I wouldn't
expect so soon.
And more flat detuning from the C slide-out notes; less from the C#
slide-in notes.

I am asking of experienced chrome players and techs:
Can this be described as normal? More frequently played reeds are going to
gradually detune?

and finally, since I am going after it, are chromes best at Equal Tempered
tuning?
