I won two music awards within two weeks.  The International Acoustic Music Awards (IAMA) gave me a runner-up award in the instrumental category for my Gypsy jazz inspired version of âOh, Lady Be Good,â from my âDouce Ambiance: Gypsy Jazz Classicsâ CD.

In addition, my âBluegrass in the Backwoodsâ CD was the 14th Independent Music Awards (IMA) Vox Pop Winner in the bluegrass album category.  I was one of the four nominated bluegrass albums that folks then voted for.  (it is very unusual for a harmonica player to get nominated for a bluegrass album.) Thanks to all who voted for my album.
