Hi all,

I just played a jam session at the Harlem Club in Barcelona with
harmonica player Joan Pau Cumellas, whose recordings include a number of CDs
with the Barcelona Bluegrass Band and others.  It's late as I write this, so
I'll keep it brief: this guy can only be compared with the likes of Howard Levy.
His ability to articulate complex and emotionally meaningful lines at speed is
mind-blowing. I was inspired and thrilled, and very glad to have been there to
hear it.

I'll write more about this event later on my blog at hunterharp.com.
In the meantime, if you haven't heard Joan Pau Cumellas, plug his name into
Google and look for the videos.  You can thank me later.
