Like M. Dempster said, overbends occurs in holes 1-10. Overblows on 1-6 and
overdraws on 7-10. For reed physics while bending, more informations can be

I totally aggre with the fact that you don't need to blow hard to play an
overbend. If you're blowing hard, either you're doing it wrong, either your
harp need to be set up (gapping is enough for overblows). Blowing hard to
get overbends is damaging for harmonicas, be careful ;)
