[Harp-L] Harmonica For Dummies, Second Edition is now available

Harmonica For Dummies, Second Edition is now in print as both a paperback and Kindle ebook.

The new edition is 24 pages longer (total of 384 pages) and will include more audio, video, and also animation that shows lips and tongue on the face of a harmonica playing songs and demonstrating tongue blocking techniques. Instead of a CD or DVD, this content will be available online to purchasers of both the print book and the Kindle edition.

I've expanded support for beginning players with fuller explanations and exercises, have more fully integrated basic musical concepts with playing exercises, and have come up with a better progressive set of exercises and tunes for those learning to get a single note. On the other end of the scale, I've expanded coverage of more advanced techniques such as corner switching.

The later repertoire chapters are completely renovated, with mostly new songs, while the blues/rock chapter focuses mores strongly on rock, as my other book Blues Harmonica For Dummies expands much more fully on that topic.
