[Harp-L] re:Richter+ tuning

Brendon Power has certainly popularized that tuning as for Irish music, but the name "Paddy Richter" has not resulting in really wide-spread usage of that tuning-pattern.

"Richter plus the missing note" which I have logically labeled as "Richter+" would spread usage of the harmonica into elementary and secondary schools among other places; decades of the name "Paddy Richter" has not moved the harmonica strongly into those markets; that some people might be offended by the name "Paddy" is sufficient to prevent acceptance by school administrators.

Also: Music teachers will not typically use many periods to teach bending and are therefore unreceptive to the standard "Richter" tuning-pattern; the "Richter" tuning-pattern is exactly the issue preventing the harmonica from becoming accepted as a "real instrument" by many teachers of music.
