[Harp-L] The slap ....u-blocked

To other u-blockers. Thanks to Facebook I have massaged John Nemeth. He is a u-blocker. He said he does the slap by u-blocking. I would think most tongue block to get the slap. I have tried it by u-blocking and it worked for me.
Does anyone else get the slap this way?
I am still learning this little harp thing & having fun doing so.
