Jason Ricci, owner of the Female Harmonica Players Facebook page where the ad appeared, deleted the post and Facebook messaged both JP Allen and his female posting proxy, Monica Espinosa, who posted the message. She did not reply, while Allen's response was to block Jason. A few hours later, the deleted post re-appeared, again from Monica Espinosa.

I have reported this matter to my publisher's legal department. Contact from them will carry more weight. Big stick and all that.
