We try to do a Morphine song each album with my duo. I forget which
Morphine album this is on, but here's our version of "You Look Like Rain."

We also have tried a number of different versions of "Thursday," with
various results. Up next will be "Whisper" on our upcoming album.

Why Morphine? Apart from them simply being cooler than almost anybody, my
musical partner and I both lived in Boston in the '90s, though we didn't
meet until 2001 both living in Cincinnati. Luckily, he wasn't at Johnny D's
the night Annie Raines blew me off the stage at a jam. It was pretty
humbling for my grad school self....
