He Discrete Comb and the Suzuki Overdrive both overbend and bend down on ALL 20 reeds.

You see why shortcuts and vague terminology are not optimal.

Or on this harp you say, "All the bends go lower." and be done.  Are there any harps that blow bend lower on all holes and overblow?
