Blue dots represent bend notes:Holes 1 thru 6 allow you to bend notes down on the draw (draw bends).
Holes 7 thru 10 allow you to bend notes down on the blow (blow bends).Here you are bending the reed that normally sounds that note.
Red dots represent overbend notes:Holes 1, 4, 5, and 6 can be bent up on the blow (over blows).Here you are actually stopping the blow read from sounding and forcing the note from the draw read.Holes 7, 9, and 10 can be bent up on the draw (over draws).Here you actually stopping the draw read from sounding and forcing the note from the blow read.
