Hohner said that the only thing changing about the SP20 is the engraving on
the plates. Nothing else is changed. I bought SP20 recently, they had the
new packaging but not the new cover plates. They just want to categorize
their harmonicas. The SP20 becomes a part of the "progressive" brand and it
must be showed on the instrument. Therefore, they just changed what was
engraved on the cover plates, but nothing else. Currently, they are
disposing of the harmonica stock with old cover plates. Once they are all
sold, harmonicas with new cover plates will be on the market (they
estimated that it would happen at the beginning of 2015).
