In general:

HARP BREAK for tube amps
HARP ATTACK for direct into PA.

I have both. I use the HB to give my large tube amps a small amp drive and
crunch (like a little amp sound) at the loud volumes a big amp can deliver.
I use the HA for my "amp-less" rig.

I have not tried a  Fender Acoustisonic Junior amplifier, but since it is a
solid state amp I would suggest the HA. It has a mini-triode tube in it and
it might help. However, I can't say that i have tried either the HA or the
HB through a solid state amp.
