Larry,

This is a no-brainer. You just need some outreach materials, a list of harmonica elite, and a few people willing to engage with the gatekeepers and/or who know certain people personally (the harmonica community is pretty small after all). E.g., I know a few people who know Lee Oskar. Why not have them reach out? Charlie Musslewhite showed up to a few conventions as well as Rick Estrin. Are those guys members? If they are, why isn't anyone leveraging that fact? What about our relationships with the manufacturers? There are opportunities to to cross-market their endorsers (and products). This isn't rocket science. But, and this is a big but (not butt, lol). The current staff is continuing in the long tradition of focusing solely on producing the festival. I say with love, there's nothing wrong with that. However, I would argue that the aforementioned outreach would help market the festival and strengthen the organization but that's strictly an opinion.
