Again I have manually reset the 240 bounced out accounts.  They all have
the common DMARC error message.  This appears to not be a transient
problem.  I guess I'll have to figure out what can be done on my end.
Please do not write freaked out that your account is in danger of being
deleted.  It's not.  I have to get to my real job, this wreaked havoc on
my morning, harp-l-listowner

p.s. anyone with mailman mail list server experience who might want to
help with this please write me back.
