Another resource for this kind of thing is any book of drum rudiments. The
only difference is that instead of having two sticks, you have an in breath
and an out breath. On top of that, you have three basic ways of 'bouncing'
the stroke (like the stick bouncing on the drum head) : 'T', with the tip
of the tongue, G or K with the back, and UNH! which I'm using to represent
a glottal stop. That's all there is, there ain't no more!
