DIATONICS
Without hearing your arrangements, E minor could be 3P or 5P
The two major keys might be well served with 1P, 11P, or 12P.

TAKE TURNS
More important would be an agreement with the Keyboard player for some
space traded between each of you.

ENSEMBLE
Or agree to arrange a horn section where you harmonize and match rhythms
together.
