Hey Mike:

I was looking forward to meeting you at SPAH this year--now to find that
you got in on Monday (just like me) AND were on the same floor, lol. I
wasn't online after Sunday so missed this post of yours to Tin Lizzie.

We never did touch base--I spent quite a bit of my time jamming with the
Sardo Brothers wherever they were set up; at the Jazz Jams, but had some
down time due to my injury. Sorry we didn't meet, or did we and simply didn't
exchange names?

Elizabeth (Scotty)
PS: What a GREAT Spah! Phenomenal, in fact. Anyone who still thinks SPAH is
becoming 'defunct' in any way whatsoever must be wearing blinders or need
hearing aids. :) The place was PACKED! Charlie McCoy was the perfect final
headliner for the last night. My own non-harmonica loving spouse who came
back for Saturday--immediately loved Charlie and bought his latest CD (with
Ashokan Farewell - which he played as part of his performance. Gorgeous.)
That literal hallway JAM led by Joe Filisko afterwards where no one could
get past was smoking! All I saw were huge grins on the faces of those who
weren't participating.

So much else and so many others to talk about--I'll catch it up when I get
some sleep and round up all my cats.
