[Harp-L] Seydel Saxony Augmented (Whole Tone) Low E

I have a new Seydel Saxony Augmented/Whole Tone tuning in Low E
It was partially configured by Seydel but there are a few notes that aren't
there so
I'm having to handle the last modification.
