5 draw bends down a quartertone, which is less than a semitone.  7 blow
bends down a quartertone.  Seven draw, your original question, bends down a
half step or semi tone as does every other note built into the harp except
for 2 draw, which bends a whole step, 3 draw which bends a step and a half
and 10 blow which bends a whole step.  This is just like a regular diatonic
except 1 through 6 blow bends down a half step and 7 through 10 draw bends
down a half step.  Hopefully that is clear.
