I've studied the life of Louis Armstrong pretty extensively and I've never
heard of him playing the harmonica. He did record the song, so many that's
where the confusion arises,

Fields on the movie soundtrack. Tommy Morgon must have played on someone's
version; I'm sure he talked about playing it in his 2009 SPAH seminar.
