That's the first thing I did to mine, converted to Paddy. I Paddified them mostly to play in fourth position minor. They are really nice for that.

XB 40 harps are louder than diatonic harps.  Converted one to Paddy Richter tuning to have a better chance of getting into the mix at a local Irish session.    XB 40 harp in the key of C Blow plate, hole 3 standard blow reed, G raise to A Draw plate, hole 3 subordinate XB reed, raise from Ab to Bb Dorian scale starting on G (draw 2).   G A Bb C D E F G Regards, Blunt White
