It's not a website. It's an email service that strips off attachments.
It doesn't want to store them in the archive. MBH let's you post but you can't do mp3s there you have to put it up on the web on hosting site first like youtube.
If you post stuff here you need to refer to a web address like:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KyqHYvvGpuo
This has butterfield born in chicago kind of feel.
