Eric -- the Virginia Harmonicafest has a lot for beginners. There are
workshops that are definitely beginner level and shows Friday and Sat
nights where you can hear world-class harmonica players live and in
person. There's a jam every night that is open to all, and believe me
some of the jammers are beginners. I've gone for two years and
definitely recommend it.
