No, Sonny Jr amps do not hold their value.  They depreciate like most
other amps.  A visit to eBay will usually prove the point.

Gary "Sonny Jr" Onofrio used to make the claim on his website that his
amps held their value, but he changed it when it became apparent they
did not.  They are certainly among the better harp amps out there and
rightly command rather high prices, but their dollar value generally
goes down over time.
