On Sunday, April 14, 2006, I played "What I Did For Love" on the harmonica
for Composer Marvin Hamlisch.  (click here for

The event was the 2006 Academic Excellence Convocation at Slippery Rock
University of PA.  Hamlisch was bestowed the honorary Doctorate of Humane
Letters degree, and I received the Academic Excellence award for
maintaining a 4.0 GPA in my graduate degree program.
