1.  Soap, toothbrush, and water
2.  Pin head of toothpaste, tooth brush, water
3.  Ultra-sonic cleaner

All work their best with the harp disassembled.  Ultra-sonic cleaner
is probably the least invasive regarding screwing up gaps.  If you use
a light touch with the brush, though, you shouldn't have any issues.
