I am deeply saddened by this news... Michael was always a hoot to be around,
and in my opinion embodied what SPAH was all about. His performance on Slide
Man Slim¹s DVD, ³West Coast Jazz Harmonica Summit 2009² shows what we have
all lost. My deepest condolences to his family.
