A lot simpler than trying to record the audio stream is just to use http://keepvid.com/ or any one of the many sites out there that let you download videos from any flash site (like youtube).
Also, if you're using Firefox you can get the download helper plugin which will allow you to instantly download videos from any site, including youtube.
