Although I am frustrated with the delays. Harrison's customer support has always been responsive. Starting up is tough. These folks are craftstspersons, perhaps more so than business people. I am sure there have a numerous, unanticipated setbacks. I continue to applauded their efforts to manufacture the best harmonicas ever, made in America.
