No. 6 is tough don't know anything that does that.

Band in a Box creates great backing tracks just put in
the changes and it does it in a lot of different styles.
Program was created by geniuses. The great jazz guitarist
Jimmy Bruno swears by it. I don't know about it's recording
side.

Garage Band comes free in every Mac and is great for recording
single tracks and can handle midi. Drag and Drop even with 
audio Files also. 

Finale will do the scan and will make midi files out of
the arrangements you write also ha Band in a Box built in
but not a full version. will make audio files also.
You can record but I've never done it. Does do scanning.
