[Harp-L] Re: RP-255 "UPDATE" (problems going thru PA)

I use the RP-255 all the time into standard P.A., no problems whatsoever.
1/4" cord runs from the "LEFT(Mono) OUTPUT on the RP-255, and goes into
the 1/4" input on any P.A. channel.

*** Are you making sure to press IN the "AMP/MIXER" button (right next to
the "LEFT(Mono) OUTPUT" on the RP when you're playing through the PA?
It has 2 positions: The button is OUT if you're going to an AMP. The button
is IN if you're going to the Mixer (P.A.).

So I hooked up my harp mic through the rp255 into my son's amp today. It
worked perfectly. This tells me that the problem is in playing through a PA

My musical partner-in-crime glibly says, "I told you, that thing is
designed
to drive an amp - not a PA."
