Re: [Harp-L] SF music, jams en route

The most complete listing of blues events in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, by far, is a Yahoo Group called Jack's Blues - check it out at http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/Jacksblues/messages - you might have to sign up for the group to use it but nothing bad will happen. He sends out emails summarizing all weekend events. Look for the message called "Jack's Weekend Bay Area Blues Clues".

To see how lucky we are in this area, check out this weekend's schedule: http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/Jacksblues/message/ 18089 --- I counted 53 events for Friday alone. (Some are local radio shows.)

Check Danny's list first, then see who's playing at Biscuits 'n Blues and the Boom Boom Room. I was just at the latter and caught John Nemeth's band and saw Michael Peloquin on sax, great show. Check the bay area blues society's web site calendar (you can find it with google, don't have the link handy).
