If it's a non-MS harp and the Marine Band is pre-2005, then yes, Marine Band reeds will fit.
Post-2005 Marine Bands have a changed reed size for the top 3 or 4 holes.
The Mesiterklasse became part of the MS (Modular Series) group of models somewhere around 1990, with changed reed dimensions. comb dimensons, and covers. The reed dimensions for MS were redesigned in the mid-1990s.
The MS version will have the letters MS on the cover.
