I was wondering when someone in the USA was going to notice that the  
IBC winners in the soloist/duo category were German, after all it did  
happen quite a while ago and presumably the IBC does publish a list ;-)

Marc Breitfelder is a former student of mine who has gone on to  
develop the technique of bending overblows to a remarkable level.  
Pianist and singer Georg Schroeter owes a great deal to my colleague  
of many years standing, European blues master Abi Wallenstein. It's  
very gratifying to see the lads doing so well. Google their website  
to check their music.
