More than one harmonica related company would benefit from that knowledge -
seems like it is either one way or the other - fantastic or nonexistent. We
all prefer fantastic.  Some harp related companies bend over backwards to
accommodate you or at least tell you why they can't, others are like calling
or sending emails to outer space - just cold silence, even after you buy.
That's not cool.
