Magic is indeed a pro, inasmuch as it's his only "job", and he's played regularly with pros over the years, including Dewey Terry, Don Sugarcane Harris and many others.  And he's a top blues harp player!

So is Curtis Salgado, and another former Roomful pro harp player/singer who deserves high esteem is mark Dufresne...

Ah yes, the mysterious "Magic".   He 
occasionally shows up at Dr. D's So Cal blues parties or on the Blues 
Cruise as a passenger.  But is Magic a pro?   I really don't know.
