BFrain, I couldn't disagree with you more.

First, Lauper is Lauper - she gets to be whomever she wants, and she  
has built a very lucrative following doing it. With all that said, I  
thought she really sang the blueson leno's show. Much more so than any  
of the cuts on the album. I think the blues artists she's hanging with  
are rubbing off on her. Second, I'd kill to be able to sing like Jonny  
Lang. I think he has a great voice and I love what he does with it.

Finally, Charlie sounded like... Charlie. He was appropriate in the  
mix. Of course he feels lucky to have all the national exposure from  
his tour with Ms. Lauper but at the same time he's maintaining a full  
touring schedule with his own band, and he still brings it. You should  
be so lucky.

I respect your opinion but, for the benefit of those who didn't see  
it,  I saw it a different way.
