Consider this. Even if a band charged $500.oo, that would only equate to a mere UNO Dollaro Americano PER attendee. Certainly the reunion is going to cost more than that by a ration of 10x 20x maybe 30x. Sometimes I wonder what the people who plan things do with the money.

the group would opt for a DJ instead, I was reminded of a talk I had with a very
well known harp player who said that recording equipment and synthesizers had
put a lot of musicians out of work. I'm thinking work is going to be a lot
harder to find and the pay is going to drop even more as those who haven't gone
professional because of health insurance concerns do start looking for gigs as
insurnace becomes available. Is there no relief?
