It's common with beginners, I remember it. But I listened to your myspace and you are obviously not a beginner. First thing i would mention is don't assume that the harmonica is the cause, get your teeth checked. A deep cavity can hurt in your jaw. Been there.
I say that having virtually no information about the jaw pain in question. Is it muscular? Is it something different?

You have to keep your jaw relaxed while widely opened! If you have some jaw
pain it means you have work on your technique.
