I play more chromatic than some of the people on the list below, much less than 
others. Most of my work is on diatonic.  But we could say the same of others on 
the list.  I'll put links to a couple of chromatic harp pieces from the gig with 
Lowlands on my site soon.

It's hard to say what sort of instrument Brendan Power is playing on some of his 
stuff, given the radical mods he makes to both chromatic and diatonic harps. And 
some of the people on the list below use the chromatic very diatonically, which 
is a valid way to play it. But if the test is playing a harmonica with valved 
reeds and a slide, then everyone on the list below qualifies.      


I think diatonic players are more likely to pick up chromatic sometime after 
they start than vice versa.  A number of the people on the list below began with 
diatonic harp.  In fact, I think most of them did, including Bonfiglio.
