[Harp-L] Separate blow & draw holes

There are a few types of harmonicas with separate blow and draw holes  
for each reed.  Most of these are derived from the Wiener or Viennese  
layout commonly found in tremolo harmonicas.  These include both the  
double reed octave and tremolo Wiener harps proper, as well as the  
single reed half-Wiener models and the various Asian double-reed  
harmonica types as well as the "Single" type of single-reed harmonica  
commonly used in Japanese music education.  There are even chromatic  
harmonicas with one reed per hole opening, including the slideless  
Tombo S-50 and the slidered Tombo Unica Formal.

However, these do _not_ include Knittlinger harmonicas, which have  
both a blow and a draw reed mounted on the same reed-plate and  
sharing both chamber and mouthpiece hole.
